The jazz sits once every month, bringing together open discussions and interaction of children, youths and adults including indigenous peoples and people with disabilities. Discussions leverage on generating indigenous knowledge and practices on climate disruption and human behavior in informing locally-led climate actions.
Integrated Action 2 Million Trees initiative
With now over 100,000 trees planted in the most degraded and disaster prone areas of Kasese District. This has included schools, public land and as well as on people’s owned lands. The initiative is a multi year project and funds are sourced through fundraising and donations.
